- I love ceviche so much, I eat is every time I am either with my Dad or in california. It has such a unique taste to it and i could eat it everyday if I wanted to. today I will be sharing the recipe to make ceviche, I hope you enjoy!
- Ingredients
- 1 cup diced seeded peeled cucumber ( ¼-inch dice)
- ½ cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cup diced seeded tomato
- 1 avocado, chopped into ½-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped cilantro leaves, plus more leaves for garnish
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 pound raw shrimp (21-25 per pound), peeled and deveined
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Juice of 2 limes
- Juice of 2 oranges''
Combined all these ingredients into one large bowl and serve with tostadas!

In this blog post I will be writing about my favorite artist, Malcolm McCormick, who's stage name is Mac Miller. I started listening to Mac Miller in the 8th grade. I listened to his Mix tape called "Kids" and right then and there even though his career was at its beginning I thought he was a great rapper. Whenever Mac dropped an album I would download it and play it non-stop. Something about his music gets me every song. I can relate to so many of his songs because he raps about letting go and moving on (in a explicit way). I like Mac because he is a very unique individual who does what he wants to do. My favorite Mac album is GO:OD Am because it has a lot of upbeat songs. But my all time favorite Mac Miller song is "Rush Hour" I look up to mac miller. This past year I met mac and he is so humble and nice which made me like him even more. I hope to meet him a couple more times.

This is water
I felt like the speech was a very good one, it gave us as a listener a reality check about what being an adult is really like. That once we graduate and become an adult life is going to change for us, and it is going to get harder. What i liked most about this speech is that he gave two sides to what he was talking about. For example, the grocery store when the man was getting mad, the speaker talked about how none of us really know what is going on in another person's life. That is why you shouldn't act out, but instead realize there are others in he same situation as you are. My goals in life are to go to a university and study physical therapy because that is the future occupation I want to pursue. I feel like I am ready for college, I beyond ready for the next chapter of my life and to have more freedom. What excites me most about leaving is being freed from this prison. Nothing really scares me other than the responsibilities that come with being an adult. I think I am somewhat ready for the real life.

T.v Animation
I learned a lot of things when Mr.Roth was here. He taught us a lot about working in t.v production. It was great because he actually had experience in that field. My favorite activity we did in here to me was when we got to invent a game. I learned that it is very important to think of all the key factors of making a t.v game show. concepts such as; who will be your host, what genre is the show, what time it will air, and what channel. Making a t.v show is a lot of work and requires a lot of thinking. This was a very fun activity to do. We also watched videos in this class. I enjoyed the super size me documentary and when we watched the very first episode of anime. In conclusion I learned so much in this past quarter.

In this blog post I will be writing about how about how i am feeling about this last month of high school and what has been on my mind lately. I have been attending Asu Prep since 8th grade, I have been here for a very long five years, and I have a lot of memories from this school that I will always remember. Although I have been complaining this year about how I hate being here and I can't wait to leave, I do not always mean that. I mean yes I am beyond ready to leave this place, but I am not ready to leave the friends I have made. I am not implying that I am going to college out of state, but some people that I know are, and as for the ones that are staying, I know it might be a little hard to have time to hang out and see each other. That idea does sadden me but I also know that separation is a part of life. No matter what I know I will always have the memories of this school, and I will be excited for the next chapter of my life. I know that I will always remember this place.
